ABACBS 2025

The 2025 Australian Bioinformatics and Computational Bioloology Society Conference was held in Adelaide from the 24-28th of November.

James, John, Victor and Hani attended. John presented his poster “qxub: Frictionless, reproducible HPC job submission for bioinformatics”, and James presented his work “BioSpec: Research project specifications to guide agent-assisted computational biology” - and won best poster! Congratulations James!

Hani was also re-elected as chair of the Post Doc Committee for ABACBS. Well done Hani!
