CICON23 & VIB

Louise attended two European conferences in October.

First was the CRI-ENCI Seventh International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference, in Milan, Italy. With over 1500 delegates, the conference was a melting pot of cancer immunology research and ideas. After quick pitstops in Switzerland and the UK, it was time for Tumor Heterogeneity, Plasticity and Therapy (2nd edition), in beautiful Leuven, Belgium. The speaker lineups were diverse and fascinating. Louise presented her work “Uncovering T cell clonality response to immune checkpoint inhibitors in triple negative breast cancer”.

Louise was gratefully supported by a travel grant from the Cancer Institute of NSW
